Clear, warm, native-level written and spoken English. You can talk to an Australian business owner, or their customers, and have it feel effortless.

    One PDF. Make the standout moments obvious: the wins, the rankings, the numbers, the promotions. Don't bury what makes you exceptional under a list of duties.

    A short video: why you're in the top 1%

    Record yourself, speaking naturally to the camera, telling us why you genuinely believe you're in the top 1%. Keep it short, about a minute, no more.

    Speak from the heart. Do not read off a script, it's always obvious, and we skip those applications without a second thought. We're not grading your accent or your camera. We're listening for someone real, sharp, and quietly confident. If it doesn't come naturally, this probably isn't the right fit, and that's okay.

    Possibly a little portfolio

    If you have it, add a few examples of work that show you're the real deal: a process you built, a project you ran, designs, writing, a dashboard, results you drove, whatever best demonstrates that you operate above the pack. Optional, but it helps. Quality over quantity, two great things beat ten average ones.
