Jenn Yang

Jenn is the founder and director of DotVA. She built the agency around a Manila-based delivery team and writes about the craft of running a virtual assistant team — hiring, onboarding, async management, AI-augmented workflows, and the boundary work that lets a VA actually take ownership. Outside of DotVA she advises early-stage AU service businesses on team design.
